Our waiting area is spacious with a modern feel, and on arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly experienced staff, who will discuss your requirements. From there on, all you have to do if you wish to wait for your vehicle, is sit back and relax whilst enjoying a drink from our complementary refreshments or watch one of your favourite programs on our wide screen TV. We pride ourselves in being family friendly and we have a fabulous train set to keep the little ones happy!

We understand that for some, it’s nice to be able to monitor the progress of your vehicle, and you will be able to do this from the comfort of your seat, as we have monitors in the reception area that are linked to each individual bay in the service centre. You will be able to see exactly what is being done to your car.

If for any reason your vehicle has to stay with us, we would like to reassure you that your vehicle is in safe hands, as our premises have been fitted with the latest security systems, which include internal and external monitored CCTV and alarm.

  • Prestige Vehicle Repairs; is really awesome. Great customer service, and I’ve gotta say, the mechanic that helped me with my car is awesome. My car is a 2002 BMW 3 series and I’ve had nothing but endless electrical problems since buying it.   • Just a great experience! Nick and his team are a true wonderment in this industry littered with muggy idiots! I have been to a few garages in my time and never have I been to such an open and transparent, spotless and faultless garage. This is the only place to take your motor, I took my Jag there and the lads knew what they were talking about, bettered the diagnosis by The AA and got it fixed in no time. Honestly if you’ve got a motor you need repairing or servicing this is the only place to go in Essex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 10 out 10 – not only would I not hesitate to recommend these guys but I proactively do so now with everyone I know. Businesses like this should be encouraged! It is very difficult to do justice to the service I received and the level of care my car got with a few words. I mostly dealt with Nick this time round and it is very obvious right from the outset that he takes immense pride in his work and he is not a man that will compromise in quality. To top that up everybody else in the garage is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and more than willing to help and explain anything in the process – ultimate transparency!

    Nick also went out of his way to considerably cut the costs of the repairs by looking into alternatives I had not even thought of. Due to the tricky nature of damage my car had suffered and the extent of repairs needed Nick suggested I go back couple of days later for a double check – you don’t get this if you’re a patient in a very expensive private hospital… Finally even my 11 year old girl commented that this is the first garage we’ve ever taken our car to where people were concerned with making her waiting time comfortable – she said she usually feels invisible In all seriousness BMW franchise garages should take notice of how things should be done, how customers should be treated and most of all how one should take pride in their work. I also loved the few extra freebies Nick added to the car – icing on the cake really.

  • I tried to have a look around for some reviews for this company as they’d been recommended to me by a couple of friends, but couldn’t really find much, I even asked on here to no avail. I thought I’d give them a shot to see what kind of quote I would get to have a fairly large amount of work carried out on my M3. I’d already had a quote from another local company and figured that if it was a good saving it might be worth giving them a try since I wasn’t 100% impressed with the company I had been using at the time and I’d heard good things about these chaps.

    When I got the quote back I was really impressed with the price, I’d even asked for a few small bits to be done that the competitor was talking me out of as they really didn’t want the work since it wasn’t worth their time.

    I then decided to take the car down expecting your normal drop the keys off and kick you out the door type service that I’ve grown all too used to over my years of dealing with car mechanics! Their premises are really nice and somewhere you can really chill out if you wanted to wait for a job to be done, with clear viewing windows into the bays. I ended up staying for a long chat and they were very keen to assist with exactly what I wanted doing to the car even down to the fine details. Being a perfectionist I’ve always found it hard to explain exactly what I want and felt confident that I’d leave and it’d be done exactly how I wanted it! It turns out that they’re ex-BMW master mechanics and they also use the Autologic system for software updates which I’d heard good things about on here. After getting the car I’m really impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone, the service was extremely friendly and all the work I had done was spot on.

    Since I couldn’t find hardly any information on them (they’re still quite a new company) I didn’t feel they got the recognition they deserved so I figured I’d let you all know about my good experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants work carried out.

  • Finally a garage where I feel at home with. Upon visiting you are met by friendly and professional staff, an immaculate reception/waiting area and most importantly assurance that your car will be in the best hands. I took my car in last Decemeber to replace the alternator. Fortunately for me, my warranty company, Warrantywise covered the cost while Prestige covered the repair and paperwork. This was carried out seamlessly and quickly and while my car was in the garage I was given a courtesy car by Prestige. I highly recommend this company and their services, thanks again guys.

  • Nick went out of his way to get me the best price for the parts I needed (nearly half the price as previously quoted from other garages) and worked around my work schedule to ensure my car was repaired asap and at my convenience.   • There is always the feeling that one will be ‘taken for a ride’ by a garage being a female car owner. Well…NOT by Prestige! When looking around to find help for my Mercedes I came upon Prestige Vehicle Repairs in Grays, Essex. After first impression, and having dealt with this garage quite a few times now, I am well impressed. If you are unhappy with anything after leaving the garage ensure you mention, and the guys will check back in to it. Nick and the team have made me feel important, respected, and not a bother.

    Nice reception area to sit and enjoy a tea or coffee and watch tv while you wait. It’s also very close to IKEA and Lakeside to go shop if preferred. Or don’t hesitate to speak up for a lift, if reasonable, they might just be able to help you out. The guys are also known to work outside the working hours posted to get jobs done – awesome! A BIG thanks to everyone at Prestige for making me feel welcome and all your help and hard work! I shall spread the word!!
